Descripción del empleo

  • Realizar análisis requeridos en el laboratorio controlando y trazando todo el proceso designado de acuerdo con los aspectos técnicos requeridos.
  • Realizar análisis de muestras de alimentos y productos hidrobiológicos designadas usando las técnicas predeterminadas.
  • Proteger la integridad de los ítems de ensayos asignados, asegurando la trazabilidad y el registro de la actividad en los documentos dispuestos para ello, de manera clara, ordenada e integra.
  • Controlar los puntos críticos del análisis a través del control de calidad del método o técnica realizada.
  • Registrar los análisis realizados e ingresar los datos y resultados en el sistema, corroborando que las muestras sean coherentes con los resultados de análisis obtenidos.

Requisitos

  • Titulado en Química, Ingeniería Química con experiencia mínima de 2 años en el rubro de alimentos
  • Experiencia en auditorias bajo norma ISO 17025
  • Conocimiento de auditorias realizadas por Sanipes
  • Manejo de Office a nivel intermedio
  • Manejo de herramientas estadísticas de calidad
  • Nivel de Inglés básico o intermedio
