En el Perú, operamos en la mayoría de los sectores económicos como minería, agricultura y pesca formando parte de la cadena de valor de sus productos y servicios. Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Controlador de transporte de personal.

Descripción del empleo

  • Elaborar reportes de movimiento de unidades de transporte de personal.
  • Generar reportes del sistema de telemetría o ADAS.
  • Elaborar reportes de control de sueño para garantizar la seguridad de los conductores.
  • Revisar y actualizar los cambios en las rutas asignadas.
  • Apoyar en la actualización de hojas de ruta para garantizar la precisión de los recorridos.
  • Monitorear y controlar el cumplimiento de los límites de velocidad establecidos en las geocercas.
  • Supervisar puntos de embarque y desembarque para asegurar el cumplimiento de las ubicaciones establecidas.
  • Realizar seguimiento y control de horarios para garantizar la puntualidad de los servicios.
  • Notificar eventos o incidentes ocurridos durante el monitoreo del servicio de transporte.
  • Implementar acciones correctivas en caso de presentarse eventos operativos imprevistos.
  • Analizar datos operativos para generar informes periódicos e identificar áreas de mejora.
  • Otras funciones y tareas solicitadas propuestas por el área de Servicios Generales de Newmont Yanacocha.

Requisitos

Formación Profesional

Técnico Titulado y/o Bachiller en Ingeniería de Minas, Sistemas, y/o carreras afines

Experiencia

2 años de experiencia como Controlador de Transporte o monitor de Centro de Control de preferencia en el servicio de Transporte de personal o carga o Centro de Despacho.

Conocimientos

  • Dominio de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) nivel Avanzado.
  • Dominio Power Bi nivel intermedio.
  • Comprensión de las normativas de transporte y seguridad vehicular.
  • Conocimiento en software de gestión de flotas y análisis de datos.

Habilidades y competencias

  • Habilidades analíticas.
  • Capacidad para toma de decisiones rápidas.
  • Excelentes habilidades comunicativas y de reporte.
  • Competencias en gestión de crisis y resolución de problemas

El horario de trabajo es de régimen laboral 10x5.
