Descripción del empleo

Responsabilidades: - Supervisar y coordinar las actividades de muestreo y la preparación de los análisis minerales, garantizando el cumplimiento de los procedimientos de calidad estándar y las normas de seguridad. - Dirigir y orientar a las personas del equipo de inspección, proporcionándoles orientación sobre las técnicas adecuadas de muestreo, los procedimientos analíticos y las mejores prácticas.

  • Realizar revisiones de control de calidad de los resultados de los análisis de minerales y garantizar que toda la documentación cumpla con la normativa y los estándares de la empresa. - Supervisar y mantener el equipo y los instrumentos de inspección, garantizando su correcta calibración y funcionamiento.
  • Elaborar y presentar informes de inspección detallados, que incluyan análisis de datos, conclusiones y recomendaciones para la mejora de los procesos. - Realizar auditorías e investigaciones de seguridad, identificando posibles riesgos e implementando medidas correctivas para mantener un entorno de trabajo seguro. - Desarrollar, revisar y actualizar los procedimientos operativos estándar para las actividades de muestreo y análisis de minerales.
  • Evaluar el rendimiento del equipo y ofrecer comentarios constructivos para fomentar el desarrollo profesional y la excelencia operativa. - Garantizar el cumplimiento de todas las normativas sectoriales pertinentes, las políticas de la empresa y las especificaciones de los clientes a lo largo de todas las operaciones de inspección.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia en supervision de operciones mineras o analisis de minerales.
  • conocimiento de seguridad, calidad y procedimientos de muestreo.
  • disponibilidad para trabajar en campo bajo turnos dia y noche.
  • Supervisar y liderar las actividades de inspeccion de minerales garantizando el cumplimiento de los procedimientos, estandares de calidad y seguridad establecidos por SGS.
