MSMIN by SGS | Región de Antofagasta | Proyecto a plazo fijo

En MSMIN by SGS buscamos un(a) Constructor(a) Civil o Ingeniero(a) Civil senior para liderar en terreno un proyecto EPC de reparación y refuerzo de estructuras de hormigón en el área de chancado de una importante faena minera de cobre en la Región de Antofagasta.

Tu desafío

• Liderar la planificación, coordinación y control de la construcción y el montaje: demolición controlada, reparación y reconstrucción de hormigón armado, anclajes, estructuras metálicas y planchas de desgaste.

• Ejecutar las obras en ventanas de parada de planta, con turnos de día y de noche y alta exigencia de plazo.

• Administrar subcontratos y supervisores, y coordinarte con la operación del mandante.

• Asegurar el cumplimiento de plazo, costo, calidad (QA/QC, protocolos, dossier) y estándares de seguridad y medio ambiente.

• Participar en la etapa de ingeniería, aportando constructibilidad, secuencia constructiva y estimación de recursos.

Requisitos

• Título de Ingeniero(a) Civil, Constructor(a) Civil o equivalente.

• Mínimo 15 años de experiencia en proyectos mineros o industriales, idealmente EPC.

• Mínimo 8 años liderando obras en terreno como Jefe de Terreno, Jefe de Obra o Construction Manager.

• Experiencia comprobable en obras civiles de hormigón armado y estructuras en plantas concentradoras o áreas de chancado, de preferencia en reparaciones brownfield con la planta operando o en paradas.

• Manejo de lectura de planos, cubicaciones y control de avance. Deseable MS Project o Primavera P6.

• Conocimiento del DS 132 (Reglamento de Seguridad Minera) y de gestión de riesgos críticos.

• Disponibilidad para trabajar en faena con sistema de turnos.

Deseable

• Experiencia en paradas de planta y trabajos con restricción operacional.

• Experiencia en montaje de planchas de desgaste y revestimientos anti-impacto.

• Experiencia con mandantes de la gran minería del norte de Chile.
