  • Contribute to the annual forecast and budget process.
  • Handle invoices related to withholding tax and pension fund contributions.
  • Plan and raise purchase order requirements for payroll software access, support and technical development.

  • Identify and assess payroll risks, escalate material issues and implement corrective and preventive actions. Coordinate internal and external payroll audits, provide required evidence and follow through on remediation actions.
  • Maintain and regularly update payroll procedures, control documentation and working instructions.

Year-End Payroll Activities

  • Complete year-end formalities accurately and within statutory deadlines, including AVS and insurance declarations, salary certificate coordination with tax administrations and the production of share-related forms.
  • Perform annual checks, including transportation indemnities and pension fund contributions for freelancers.
  • Update payroll software with new insurance rates and pension fund plan changes.

Payroll Analytics and Management Reporting

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
