Descripción del empleo

Buscamos un(a) Prevencionista de riesgos para supervisar y coordinar las actividades en terreno de un proyecto fotovoltaico flotante de 3 MWp con sistema BESS de 5 MWh. El cargo tendrá dedicación 100% en terreno y reportará directamente al Lider de HSE,

El objetivo principal del cargo es implementar y supervisar de manera transversal el cumplimiento de los Programas de Medio Ambiente y Prevención de Riesgos o de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional en el proyecto.

Las principales funciones serán:

  • Realizar y revisar carpetas de arranques y acreditaciones para los proyectos adjudicados.
  • Realizar actividades de Capacitación en Prevención de Riesgos (Inducciones, charlas, etc.)
  • Realizar inspecciones periódicas en la obra para verificar el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad y salud laboral
  • Revisar los planes de prevención de riesgos de los contratistas, verificar su cumplimiento y proponer acciones correctivas si es necesario
  • Participar activamente en las investigaciones de incidentes y accidentes laborales, determinando las causas y proponiendo medidas correctivas para evitar su recurrencia
  • Asesorar con el uso adecuado de equipos de protección personal, implementación de medidas de seguridad, correcta señalización y cumplimiento de los procedimientos establecidos
  • Verificar en terreno a través de Controles Operacionales el cumplimiento de los procedimientos internos, reglamento interno de orden, higiene y seguridad y estándares de cliente.
  • Desarrollar Inspecciones y Observaciones periódicas a las instalaciones.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de los requisitos legales aplicables y en los objetivos de seguridad y salud ocupacional de forma transversa

Área de Formación / Carrera:

  • Ingeniero o Técnico Prevención de Riesgos.

Experiencia requerida:

  • Al menos 1 año en el cargo de Técnico o Ingeniero, en prevención de Riesgos, deseable en proyectos fotovoltaicos.

Residencia:

  • Ser de la zona.

Conocimientos Específicos:

  • Conocimientos sólidos en normativas y regulaciones de seguridad laboral.
  • Experiencia previa en obras fotovoltaicas o proyectos de energías renovables (deseable).
  • Habilidades de comunicación efectiva, liderazgo y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
  • Conocimientos en primeros auxilios y técnicas de respuesta ante emergencias. (Deseable)
  • Conocimientos en sistemas de gestión de seguridad y salud laboral.
  • Licencia de conducción Clase B.
