- Certificare: prin certificare, vă oferim posibilitatea să demonstraţi că produsele, procesele, sistemele sau serviciile dumneavoastră se conformează fie standardelor şi reglementărilor naţionale sau internaţionale, fie standardelor stabilite de client;

- Verificare: garantăm că produsele şi serviciile se conformează standardelor globale şi reglementărilor locale. Combinând acoperirea globală şi cunoştinţele locale, experienţa inegalabilă şi expertiza în fiecare sector de activitate, SGS acoperă întregul lanţ de aprovizionare, de la materiile prime până la consumul final.

Descrierea locului de muncă

Responsabilitati principale:

- Organizarea procesului de predare-primire intre schimburi pentru personalul operational, cu precizarea obiectivelor specifice de indeplinit;

- Supravegherea respectarii disciplinei tehnologice si a securitatii muncii in cadrul depozitului;

- Asigurarea livrarii produselor petroliere din depozit, prin utilizarea sistemului COTAS;

- Operarea sistemului 800 xA, pentru realizarea traseelor de descarcarea vagoanelor CF, autocisternelor si pentru realizarea traseelor de livrare a produselor petroliere

- Asigurarea functionarii optime a sistemului COTAS, ca parte integrata in cadrul proceselor de lucru ce se desfasoara in depozit

- Organizarea si controlul activitatilor privind receptia, manipularea, depozitarea si livrarea produselor petroliere desfasurate in cadrul depozitului, in vederea eliminarii pierderilor necontrolate sau a posibilitatilor de sustragere de marfuri aflate in gestiunea sa;

- Asigurarea descarcarii, manipularii, depozitarii si livrarii produselor petroliere in conditii de siguranta;

- Asigurarea si pastrarea calitatii produselor petroliere din gestiune;

- Supravegherea respectarii disciplinei tehnologice si de securitate a muncii in zonele in care isi desfasoara activitatea (rampe incarcare, rampe descarcare, case pompe, parc rezervoare)

- Administrarea documentelor financiar-contabile întocmite manual.

Calificări

Criterii de calificare:

- Nivel minim de pregatire: studii medii/superioare

- Sa aiba cunostinte in utilizarea sistemului de operare Windows, aplicatii MS Office

- Cunostinte de infrastructura tehnica si/sau automatizare constituie un avantaj

- Cunoasterea limbii engleze - nivel mediu constituie avantaj;

- Sa aiba aptitudini pentru a identifica si a descrie problemele;

- Sa colaboreze cu compartimentele functionale din cadrul depozitului pentru a rezolva problemele

- Bune abilitati de comunicare;

- Disponibilitate de participare la diferite evenimente organizate (work shop, team building,etc), traininguri de dezvoltare si evaluari de performanta.
