Job Summary

Coordinate and support the sales team by managing schedules, processing orders accurately and promptly, maintaining sales-related equipment, and providing after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage sales team schedules and organize documents to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Communicate relevant information clearly to team members and directors to support decision-making
  • Maintain readiness and adequacy of sales-related equipment and materials for uninterrupted sales activities
  • Respond promptly to customer complaints and deliver effective after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Store and organize financial and non-financial data electronically to prepare accurate sales and performance reports
  • Process all sales orders accurately and timely to meet customer and company requirements
  • Inform clients proactively about any unforeseen delays or issues affecting their orders
  • Monitor sales team progress, identify performance gaps, and propose actionable improvements to enhance results
  • Enter accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) data into the system and reconcile transactions for accurate financial records
  • Perform purchasing tasks as needed to support sales operations and maintain inventory levels
  • Perform general sales administrative duties to support team efficiency and operations
  • Report daily matters directly and clearly to management to ensure transparency and prompt issue resolution
  • Adhere strictly to company policies and procedures to maintain compliance and operational standards
  • Manage confidential information with professionalism, maturity, and commitment to company standards is a must

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience in sales or administrative roles
  • Proven experience in sales coordination or related administrative positions
  • Some knowledge of general hardware products such as building materials and hardware is an added advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Autocount software
  • Strong organizational skills applied to managing tasks and schedules effectively
  • Problem-solving aptitude demonstrated through identifying and addressing operational challenges
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team with dedication and collaboration
