To accelerate its commercial monetization, the platform is appointing a well-connected Streaming BD Manager - Thailand (Chinese/Thai Bilingual). The core objective of this role is to drive revenue through innovative B2B alliances and advertising monetization. The ideal candidate will blend strategic marketing insight with local network depth to monetize the platform's streaming assets, transforming global IP into high-performing commercial vehicles for local brands.

Responsibilities

  • Client Expansion and Monetization: Source, acquire, and manage premium brand accounts, leading media agencies, and commercial partners; drive ad sales, co-branding initiatives, and joint marketing campaigns to accelerate local platform revenue.
  • Sponsorship and Content Integration: Head the commercial sponsorship for flagship variety shows, dramas, and digital contents; architect customized proposals for title sponsorships, brand product placements, and tailored marketing solutions from negotiation to final contract execution.
  • Local Ecosystem Integration: Aggregate and leverage regional industry resources (local production houses, TV stations, talent agencies, event firms) to fuel content co-creation, joint investments, and localized IP licensing.
  • Market Intelligence and Optimization: Actively monitor regional advertising and content commercialization trends; analyze project data to unearth latent commercial opportunities and continuously refine monetization frameworks.

Requirements

  • Professional Experience: Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Media, or Business Management; 5+ years of success in business development, media sales, or brand partnerships, with distinct advantages given to candidates from OTT, long-form video, or content globalization backgrounds.
  • Local Network: Deeply familiar with the regional ad market and content commercialization models, possessing an active, pre-existing network of local brand decision-makers and ad agencies.
  • Project Mastery: Outstanding negotiation, interpersonal communication, and end-to-end project management skills, with the ability to navigate cross-border corporate environments independently.
  • Language Skills: Complete professional fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and Thai for seamless cross-cultural alignment.
