The posting

Job brief

Our client is a premier global innovator and manufacturer specializing in advanced online inspection systems, multi-spectrum technology, and intelligent sorting solutions. With a robust international presence, they deliver cutting-edge quality control systems to the world's leading food processing, packaging, and agricultural enterprises.

To support their rapidly growing, active client base and enhance their service capabilities across South Korea, they are seeking a technically adept Technical Support Engineer. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical expertise and post-sales client satisfaction by supporting existing client resources within the food processing and machinery sectors, and providing hands-on technical guidance—including installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and training.

Responsibilities

  • Complete on-site installation, commissioning, acceptance, and delivery support for client equipment at customer premises across South Korea.
  • Deliver equipment operation training, daily usage guidance, and basic maintenance training for end customers.
  • Conduct after-sales repair work, fault diagnosis, problem locating, and on-site technical support.
  • Timely report field equipment issues and collaborate with global headquarters' technical teams to drive issue resolution and closure.
  • Support local project delivery, customer service, and other ad-hoc after-sales assignments as require.

Requirements

  • Experience Level: Open to candidates with different experience backgrounds; new graduates with a strong technical mindset are also welcome.
  • Education and Major: College degree or above. Majors in Electrical Automation, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Electronic Information, Automation Control, or other engineering disciplines are preferred;
  • Technical Skills: Practical hands-on experience in equipment installation, commissioning, maintenance, after-sales service, or field technical support is advantageous.
  • Travel Flexibility: Willing and available for frequent business travel within South Korea; strong on-site execution capability and a customer-service mindset.
  • Soft Skills: Positive personality, good communication skills, strong sense of responsibility, and capable of independently handling on-site technical issues.
  • Language Proficiency: Able to communicate smoothly with global headquarters and overseas teams in English or Chinese.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
