The posting

Job description

We are looking for an IoT-savvy Customer Success Trainer to help Shelly installers, distributors, and strategic partners build the knowledge and practical skills to work confidently with Shelly products and solutions.

You will take responsibility for training delivery across different regions, working closely with our sales teams and fellow trainers. The role combines active international travel, hands-on workshops, training at Shelly headquarters, and contributions to our wider training initiatives.

This role suits someone with a strong technical foundation who enjoys explaining technology, working with people, and turning technical concepts into practical learning experiences.

Key responsibilities

Deliver practical technical training

  • Deliver engaging training sessions for installers, distributors, strategic partners, and internal teams.
  • Travel to different countries, coordinating with local sales teams to support partner visits, workshops, and training events.
  • Facilitate training sessions and hands-on demonstrations for strategic partners at Shelly headquarters.
  • Deliver online training and webinars where appropriate.
  • Adapt content to different audiences, experience levels, and applications.

Coordinate training across assigned regions

  • Work with the training team to divide regional coverage and coordinate training schedules.
  • Collaborate with regional sales teams to identify training needs and agree to priorities.
  • Build productive relationships with partner technical teams and installers.
  • Gather feedback on product understanding, installation challenges, and training needs, and share findings with relevant teams.

Develop training content and IoT demo kits/boards

  • Create and maintain presentations, practical exercises, technical guides, and demonstration setups.
  • Develop demo boards + Demo kits for training hands on sessions.
  • Keep training content current as products, features, and applications evolve.
  • Use realistic installation scenarios to demonstrate product selection, configuration, troubleshooting, and integration.

What we are looking for

  • Proactive, open-minded, and adaptable. You enjoy making things happen, taking ownership, and building things from scratch.
  • A solid understanding of IoT, connected devices, and smart home or building automation.
  • Confidence working with hardware, configuring devices, and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Experience in electrical installation, technical support, application engineering, or system integration.
  • Familiarity with networking, wireless connectivity, and IoT communication protocols.
  • The ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional working proficiency in English is required.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally on a regular basis.

Experience that would be an advantage

  • If you have proficiency in any of the following languages will be a strong advantage Turkish, Greek, Romanian, Hungarian, or Czech.
  • An engineering qualification in electrical engineering, electronics, automation, telecommunications, or a related field, or equivalent practical technical knowledge and experience.

Job benefits

Work: • A welcoming, collaborative team • Meaningful products and services that people actually use and love. • Learning opportunities to sharpen your skills • Competitive salary + Performance bonuses • Modern office in a great location • Fun team buildings and company events

Lifestyle: • 26 days of paid annual leave • Flexible working hours • Additional health insurance • Free access to all Shelly devices (yes, you can smarten up your whole home!) • Multisport Card • Fully sponsored yearly public transport card

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?
