Junior Amazon Operations Specialist

Your Role You support Shelly’s Amazon business-to-business (B2B) operations by organizing data, helping process customer orders, and coordinating with partners and internal teams. You don’t need previous work experience - you receive full training in Amazon operations, SAP, and our processes.

What makes you a great fit:

  • You are comfortable using Excel to organize data, apply filters, and work with formulas
  • You have a very good command of English, both written and spoken
  • You approach tasks logically and pay attention to detail
  • You communicate clearly with partners and colleagues
  • You take initiative, ask questions, and follow up on open tasks
  • You learn new tools quickly and work well with structured processes
  • You are interested in building practical skills in e-commerce and operations

Your Responsibilities:

  • You manage content and product listings on Amazon
  • You organize information from partners into clear, consistent files
  • You prepare and update reports, trackers, and templates for the team
  • You identify missing or incorrect data and follow up to get it corrected
  • You help process customer orders in SAP and support order fulfillment
  • You assist with occasional operational tasks in Amazon Seller Central
  • You follow up with partners on outstanding requests and missing information
  • You coordinate with internal teams to complete tasks and flag anything that needs attention
