Introduction

Shimano is vooraanstaand op het gebied van fiets- en hengelsportonderdelen die worden gebruikt in recreatie en sport op elk niveau. We bestaan al meer dan honderd jaar en maken producten die mensen helpen contact te maken met de natuur en met elkaar. Om onze bedrijfsvoering op onze locatie te Eindhoven te ondersteunen zijn we op zoek naar een: Concierge-Facilities

Deze rol combineert facilitair beheer met wat administratieve taken, zorgt voor een vlotte bedrijfsvoering en een gastvrije omgeving voor zowel medewerkers als bezoekers. Beheert het onderhoud van de technische installaties in het moderne gebouw op de High Tech Campus en de rapportage rondom onder andere het energieverbruik. Reageert adequaat op oproepen en registraties bij technische hick-ups of problemen en storingen.

The Challenge

De baan

  • Opvolging oproepen en registraties bij technische storingen.
  • Onderhouden van contacten met externe bedrijven voor het onderhoud van installaties en inboedel.
  • Beheer en controle van de externe schoonmaakdienst.
  • Pro-actief zorgen voor preventiemaatregelen op het gebied van veiligheid en beveiliging in samenwerking met het BHV Team.
  • Je blijft op de hoogte van de wet- en regelgeving als ook het campus breed overleg.
  • Op regelmatige basis uitvoeren van controles op beveiligingssystemen (alarm, brand).
  • Zorgt ervoor dat de weergave van het kantoor in representatieve staat is.
  • Biedt op verzoek ondersteuning tijdens evenementen en vergaderingen.
  • Zorgen voor tijdig onderhoud van onze algemeen wagenpark
  • Back-up activiteiten voor de receptie.

What are we looking for?

Wie zoeken we

  • Je hebt enkele jaren relevante ervaring met gebouwenbeheer.
  • Je spreekt zowel Nederlands als Engels.
  • Je beschikt over een technische opleiding op minimaal MBO-niveau.
  • Je hebt ervaring met MS Office en affiniteit met IT hardware.
  • Je bent 32 uur per week beschikbaar.
  • Het zou fijn zijn als je affiniteit hebt met de wereld van fietsen en hengelsport.
  • Je bent pro-actief, flexibel en hands-on, je bent van nature een probleemoplosser
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken, service en klanttevredenheid staan bij jou voorop.
  • Je woont binnen een straal van 15 km van het hoofdkantoor in Eindhoven
