  • Manage, review and triage data governance requests, schema changes and access modifications submitted through the ServiceNow portal, and act as Data Steward between internal stakeholders and the Data Governance Management team.
  • Participate in data preparation, cleansing and validation activities, including master data, spend history, forecasts, inventory audits and planning parameters, while improving data quality and analytical methodologies.
  • Participate in SHN’s annual operating plan and monthly and quarterly forecasting processes, providing timely analysis of utilization, financial, resource and supply chain performance.
  • Provide consultation, training and support for managers, physicians and staff in interpreting financial, operational and supplier performance reports to enable effective decision-making.
  • Continuously improve analytical tools, reporting processes and workflows while ensuring adherence to SHN policies, data governance standards and procurement best practices.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Analytics or a related discipline. A health care background with considerable relevant financial or supply chain expertise may be considered.
  • Five or more years of progressive experience in supply chain, procurement, category management, operations, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis or business analysis; health care experience is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing, category management, supplier performance management and procurement processes.
  • Demonstrated experience conducting spend analysis, cost modelling, benchmarking, supplier evaluations, risk assessments and performance reporting.
  • Proficiency using artificial intelligence tools responsibly to streamline analysis, reporting and process improvement.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
