Descrição do cargo: Farmacêutico Responsável Técnico em Distribuidora de Medicamentos

O farmacêutico responsável técnico (RT) em uma distribuidora de medicamentos é o profissional encarregado de assegurar a conformidade sanitária, a qualidade dos produtos distribuídos e a boa gestão das operações internas. Além das atribuições técnicas, atua diretamente na gestão de estoque, logística, custos operacionais e liderança da equipe.

Principais responsabilidades:

1. Responsabilidade técnica e legal

  • Representar tecnicamente a distribuidora perante a Vigilância Sanitária e demais órgãos reguladores.
  • Garantir que todas as atividades estejam em conformidade com as RDCs aplicáveis e demais legislações sanitárias.

2. Gestão de estoque

  • Monitorar entrada, armazenamento e saída de produtos, garantindo rastreabilidade, controle de validade e organização.
  • Realizar e supervisionar inventários periódicos, buscando reduzir perdas, quebras e divergências de estoque.
  • Otimizar armazenagem para evitar desperdícios e custos adicionais.

3. Logística e operações

  • Coordenar o fluxo de recebimento, separação e expedição de medicamentos.
  • Garantir que o transporte seja adequado, mantendo condições apropriadas de conservação.
  • Validar processos logísticos visando eficiência e redução de custos de operação, como otimização de rotas, consolidação de cargas e melhor uso de recursos.

4. Gestão de custos

  • Monitorar os custos relacionados ao estoque (perdas, vencimentos, armazenagem).
  • Avaliar custos logísticos (embalagens, transporte, insumos operacionais) e propor melhorias para minimizar despesas sem comprometer a qualidade.
  • Acompanhar indicadores de desempenho operacional e financeiro, contribuindo para decisões sobre compras, reposição e planejamento.
  • Trabalhar junto ao setor administrativo para manter conformidade entre custo operacional e exigências sanitárias.

5. Gestão de equipe

  • Liderar e treinar colaboradores das áreas de estoque e logística.
  • Assegurar que a equipe siga procedimentos, boas práticas e normas regulatórias.
  • Avaliar desempenho, promover padronização de rotinas e implementar melhorias contínuas.

6. Sistema da Qualidade

  • Elaborar e revisar POPs, registros e documentos de qualidade.
  • Conduzir investigações de desvios, queixas técnicas e não conformidades.
  • Implementar ações corretivas e preventivas visando eficiência operacional e controle de custos.

7. Regularização e conformidade

  • Manter licenças, AFE/AE, autorizações e documentos sanitários sempre atualizados.
  • Acompanhar inspeções e auditorias, implementando ajustes necessários.

Atividades principais

  • Atuar como Responsável Técnico perante os órgãos reguladores.
  • Garantir o cumprimento das legislações sanitárias aplicáveis às atividades da distribuidora.
  • Supervisionar processos de estoque e logística, incluindo recebimento, armazenamento, separação e expedição de medicamentos.
  • Monitorar condições de armazenagem (temperatura, umidade, integridade dos produtos).
  • Realizar inventários e controlar validade, lotes e rastreabilidade.
  • Gerenciar a equipe operacional, treinando e orientando colaboradores.
  • Implementar e revisar POPs e demais documentos do sistema da qualidade.
  • Acompanhar e otimizar os custos operacionais, incluindo perdas, logística, armazenamento e insumos.
  • Tratar desvios, queixas técnicas e não conformidades.
  • Apoiar auditorias e inspeções sanitárias, mantendo documentação atualizada (AFE/AE, licenças etc.).
