Exercer a responsabilidade técnica da loja

Implementar e monitorar as campanhas de incentivo e calendário promocional anual de marketing no PDV

Desenvolver e acompanhar campanhas internas motivacionais

Realizar e acompanhar o atendimento aos clientes na loja, prestando serviço de orientação técnica

Promover ações para controlar, minimizar e evitar reincidência do índice de erro dos processos na loja

Monitorar e tomar ações para o controle de perdas (balanço, diferença de caixa, requisições, etc).

Inspecionar receitas e realizar contato com prescritores para solução de dúvidas e pendências

Realizar Atenção farmacêutica quando solicitado pelo cliente

Acompanhar indicadores de Margem de contribuição: descontos, quadro de pessoal, custos da loja

Realizar Avaliações de Desempenho, Feedbacks com o foco no desenvolvimento do capital humano

Realizar check list do laboratório (RDC) e cumprir todos os itens necessários.

Acompanhar e atualizar toda a documentação necessária da loja – Alvará Sanitário, Responsabilidade Técnica, Licença de Funcionamento e Localização

Acompanhar o mercado, sugerindo ações e ou apresentando oportunidades de novos produtos e serviços

Revisar os procedimentos padrões e manuais técnicos da loja

Capacitar e desenvolver a equipe de loja nos aspectos comerciais, técnicos, comportamentais e com relação aos produtos, avaliando a eficácia dos mesmos

Planejar, desenvolver e implementar o plano de ação mensal e repassar ao superior imediato
