This job position has included manage elevator installation, review and initiate appropriate corrective actions. Ensure timely completion of works order & accurate documentations of work activities. Ensure all works activities comply with relevant safety regulations and standards.

Work with the team and conducted site checks for installation. Cooperate and communicate effectively with other project participants to provide assistance and technical supports. Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field.

Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects. Identity and mitigate potential safety hazards related to equipment and maintenance activities. Prepare reports and maintain good relationship with customers. Conduct regular inspections on elevators.

Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions. Assist project manager in overseeing site. Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime. Attended daily toolbox meeting. Collect on-site data during elevator inspection and maintenance. Performed daily checklist, record the defect list.
