Amata kopsavilkums:Pārdošanas Vadītājs ir atbildīgs par fizisko preču, piemēram, metālu, enerģijas resursu, lauksaimniecības produktu un otrreizēji pārstrādājamu materiālu pirkšanu un pārdošanu. Darbs ietver tirgus analīzi, risku novērtēšanu, sarunas ar klientiem un piegādātājiem, kā arī tirdzniecības darījumu veiksmīgu izpildi. Mērķis ir maksimāli palielināt peļņu, vienlaikus pārvaldot riskus, kas saistīti ar tirgus svārstībām un loģistikas izaicinājumiem.

Galvenie pienākumi:

  • Veikt darījumus ar dažādām precēm (piemēram, metāliem, papīru, plastmasu, enerģiju, lauksaimniecības produktiem).
  • Analizēt tirgus tendences, ekonomiskos datus un globālos notikumus, lai pieņemtu pamatotus lēmumus.
  • Attīstīt un uzturēt ciešas attiecības ar piegādātājiem, klientiem, brokeriem un loģistikas partneriem.
  • Veikt sarunas par līgumiem, cenām un piegādes noteikumiem.
  • Uzraudzīt un pārvaldīt preču pozīcijas, riskus un ietekmi.
  • Koordinēt darbu ar loģistikas, finanšu un atbilstības komandām, lai nodrošinātu savlaicīgu un efektīvu darījumu izpildi.
  • Sekot līdzi krājumu līmenim, kravu pārvadājumu likmēm un normatīvajām prasībām.
  • Sagatavot tirgus pārskatus un piedalīties tirdzniecības stratēģiju izstrādē.

Kvalifikācija:

  • Pieredze preču tirdzniecībā metāla, plastmasas tirgū,-vismaz 3 gadi
  • Spēcīgas analītiskās prasmes un tirgus izpratne.
  • Lieliskas sarunu, komunikācijas un starppersonu prasmes.
