aicina komandā Juristu – daudzpusīgu, organizētu un atbildīgu cilvēku, kurš spēj patstāvīgi pārvaldīt gan loģistikas procesus, gan ikdienas biroja operatīvos jautājumus.Meklējam cilvēku ar plašu redzesloku, augstu atbildības sajūtu un spēju redzēt procesu kopumā – no preces pasūtīšanas un transporta organizēšanas līdz veiksmīgai piegādei klientam.Galvenie darba pienākumi:Uzņēmuma starptautisko komerclīgumu sagatavošana un pārskatīšana, korporatīvās pārvaldības un atbilstības procesu uzraudzība, komercrisku analīze un ziņošana par tiem, juridisko konsultāciju sniegšana par starptautiskiem komercdarījumiem, koordinācija ar ārvalstu juridiskajiem birojiem un vadības konsultēšana strateģiskos juridiskos jautājumos.

Svešvalodu nepieciešamības pamatojums:

Angļu, turku un krievu valodas zināšanas nepieciešamas darba pienākumu veikšanai, jo uzņēmums nodarbojas ar starptautisku augļu un dārzeņu vairumtirdzniecību. Jurista darba pienākumos ietilpst ārvalstu līgumu un juridisko dokumentu izskatīšana un sagatavošana, kā arī saziņa ar uzņēmuma ārvalstu piegādātājiem, klientiem un sadarbības partneriem, tostarp partneriem Turcijā un citās ārvalstīs, kur izmanto šīs valodas.
