Juridiskā departamenta Ārstniecības riska fonda nodaļas jurists

uz noteiktu laiku (uz ierēdņa prombūtnes laiku)

Amatam noteiktās prasības:

  • akadēmiskā vai otrā līmeņa profesionālā augstākā izglītība tiesību zinātnēs, vēlams - maģistra grāds tiesību zinātnē;
  • juridiskā darba pieredze, vēlams vismaz 1 gads pēdējo piecu gadu laikā;
  • pieredze darbā ar administratīvo procesu, kā arī ir vēlama darba pieredze veselības aprūpes jomā;
  • zināšanas civiltiesībās un administratīvajās tiesībās. tostarp vēlama izpratne par pacientu tiesību jautājumiem un to piemērošanu praksē;
  • labas komunikācijas un sadarbības prasmes;
  • valsts valodas zināšanas augstākajā līmenī (C1 līmenis);
  • atbilstība Valsts civildienesta likuma 7. panta prasībām.

Galvenie pienākumi un mērķis vakantajā amatā:

  • nodrošināt pacientu iesniegumu izskatīšanu un pamatotības izvērtēšanu Ārstniecības riska fonda ietvaros;
  • gatavot lēmumu projektus par atlīdzības līdzekļu izmaksu vai atteikumu izmaksāt atlīdzību no Ārstniecības riska fonda;
  • sagatavot procesuālos dokumentus un pārstāvēt iestādi Latvijas Republikas administratīvajās tiesās;
  • sagat
