Descrizione del lavoro

Sia cerca per la propria sede di Milano (modalità hybrid) un Senior Consultant da inserire all'interno della Practice CIO Advisory in progetti di Transformation Governance.

La persona selezionata verrà coinvolta - a seconda dell'esperienza maturata - in progetti di trasformazione dei dipartimenti IT.

Qualifiche

Formazione: Laurea Magistrale in Ingegneria, Economia o in discipline tecnologiche e dei sistemi informativi.

Esperienza richiesta: il candidato possiede almeno 3 anni di esperienza in primarie società di consulenza o all'interno di strutture progettuali IT di aziende multinazionali.

Competenze linguistiche (oltre alla madrelingua italiana):

  • Ottima conoscenza dell'inglese
  • Costituisce un plus la conoscenza del francese e/o di un'ulteriore lingua straniera

Hard Skills:

  • Gestione e governo di Programmi complessi di trasformazione tecnologica presidiando requisitazione, pianificazione e dipendenze
  • Gestione dei fornitori (sia IT che OT) per coordinare le attività, concordare la pianificazione e le attività di dettaglio degli interventi necessari
  • Gestione dello scope per controllare l’evoluzione del perimetro tramite definizione di stream per raccordare gli ambiti applicativi e infrastrutturali
  • Reporting e dashboarding per sintetizzare le principali evidenze, rischi e decisioni, sia dal punto di vista Operativo che Executive
  • Competenze di Project Management maturate su programmi tecnologici in ambito industriale / manufacturing in primarie società di consulenza

  • Precisione ed organizzazione del lavoro in contesti complessi per la gestione ottimale di diverse attività in parallelo
  • Capacità di prioritizzare ed indirizzare le discussioni con numerosi attori coinvolti

Cosa offriamo

  • Fascia retributiva: €36.000 - €48.000 RAL

Il pacchetto retributivo complessivo può includere anche benefit aggiuntivi.
