O profissional será responsável por executar atividades específicas de apoio à área de atendimento ao cliente, mantendo contato direto com usuários que necessitam de suporte técnico. Atuará como elo entre clientes e equipe interna, repassando informações de forma clara e objetiva, sanando dúvidas e auxiliando na resolução de conflitos.

✅ Principais atividades

  • Atuar com atendimento de primeiro nível via e-mail, telefone e WhatsApp
  • Executar o script de atendimento SIACON, formalizando e monitorando os chamados até a entrega efetiva
  • Manter a agenda de suporte atualizada
  • Participar de reuniões de retrospectiva, reuniões diárias e de planejamento
  • Atuar e participar de eventos da SIACON
  • Realizar revisão de chamados e horas trabalhadas
  • Efetuar o registro de chamados, categorizando-os de acordo com a priorização definida
