Sobre a vaga:

Prestar atendimento aos clientes de forma ágil, cordial e resolutiva, identificando e solucionando dúvidas, dificuldades e falhas relacionadas aos serviços de internet. Atuar no diagnóstico inicial de problemas, orientar os clientes quanto à utilização dos serviços e realizar os devidos encaminhamentos às áreas responsáveis, contribuindo para a satisfação, fidelização e qualidade da experiência do cliente.

• Atender clientes pelos canais disponibilizados pela empresa, prestando suporte e esclarecendo dúvidas;

• Identificar e diagnosticar problemas relacionados à conexão, internet, Wi-Fi e equipamentos;

• Atendimento presencial aos clientes para esclarecimento de dúvidas técnicas, realizando configurações de equipamentos como ONTs, roteadores e Set Top Box (TV Box) entre outras orientações;

• Realizar testes e procedimentos técnicos para identificação e solução de falhas;

• Registrar corretamente atendimentos, solicitações e ocorrências no sistema;

• Encaminhar demandas para as áreas responsáveis, garantindo as informações necessárias para continuidade do atendimento;

• Acompanhar a resolução das ocorrências até sua conclusão.

• Cumprir os procedimentos, políticas e padrões de qualidade estabelecidos pela empresa;

• Contribuir para a redução de reincidências e para a melhoria da experiência do cliente;

• Manter postura cordial, profissional e resolutiva durante todo o atendimento.

• Solicitação de acesso as plataformas de entretenimento e orientação aos clientes sobre a instalação, ativação e utilização.

• Acompanhamento e suporte a equipe técnica externa durante atendimento, auxiliando na realização de configurações, testes e diagnósticos.

• Agendamento de visita técnica para substituição de equipamentos em casos de mudança de plano, transferência de titularidade ou outras tratativas que exijam atendimento técnico.

• Atendimento inicial a clientes que solicitam cancelamento, entendendo cada caso e apresentando soluções para que possam sanar a possível insatisfação.

• Suporte ao setor de cobrança, analisando o histórico de consumo e período de indisponibilidade dos serviços, para avaliação de descontos proporcionais aos dias sem conexão.
