Join the J.M. Johnson Insurance Team! A division of SIB Corp.   We are always looking for amazing people to join the team!   J.M. Johnson Insurance Agencies is looking for a Personal Lines and Auto Broker to join our Winnipeg team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building client relationships, providing knowledgeable insurance advice, and helping clients protect what matters most to them.   You will primarily support clients with their personal lines and auto insurance needs while also completing MPI transactions on occasion. You’ll join a collaborative team that supports continued learning, professional development, and excellent client service.   Position: Personal Lines and Auto Broker Job Type: In Office, Full Time, Permanent Work Location: 1885 Grant Ave., Winnipeg MB Pay: From $45,000   What You Will Do:

Support clients with their auto, home, and tenant insurance needs. Review coverage options and provide advice based on each client’s individual needs. Process new business, policy changes, renewals, cancellations, and payments. Complete MPI and Autopac transactions on occasion, including vehicle registrations, license renewals, and related services. Maintain accurate and detailed client records. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurance carriers, and internal team members. Use programs such as Microsoft Office and Applied Epic to manage client information and transactions.

  What You Bring: 

Approximately 2 years of insurance experience is preferred. A valid Level 1 Manitoba General Insurance License. MPI and Autopac experience, including familiarity with IWS, is preferred. CAIB, CIP, or other insurance-related designations are considered an asset. Strong communication and client service skills. Excellent organization and attention to detail. The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
