  • Formation supérieure en événementiel, communication, marketing, hôtellerie ou domaine équivalent.
  • Expérience confirmée dans la coordination et l'organisation d'événements d'entreprise.
  • Excellentes capacités d'organisation et de gestion simultanée de plusieurs projets.
  • Approche très opérationnelle, pragmatique et orientée solutions.
  • Expérience dans la gestion de prestataires, agences et partenaires externes.
  • Bonne maîtrise du suivi budgétaire et des processus administratifs.
  • Connaissance de SAP ou d'un autre ERP constitue un atout.
  • Excellentes compétences relationnelles et de communication.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome tout en collaborant efficacement avec des équipes multidisciplinaires et internationales.
  • Disponibilité pour des déplacements ponctuels et pour intervenir lors d'événements en dehors des horaires habituels si nécessaire.
  • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, toute autre langue constituant un atout.
