Votre mission

Nous recherchons un(e) Ingénieur Industriel Projets disposant de 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets industriels pour rejoindre notre site de Chavornay et piloter un portefeuille varié de projets dans un environnement de production chimique.

Véritable coordinateur(trice) transversal(e), vous intervenez à l'interface entre les équipes opérationnelles et techniques afin de transformer les besoins du terrain en solutions concrètes et pérennes.

Responsabilités principales

  • Piloter des projets techniques et organisationnels de leur définition jusqu'à leur mise en œuvre.
  • Gérer plusieurs projets simultanément en respectant les délais, les coûts et les priorités définies.
  • Recueillir et analyser les besoins des différentes parties prenantes afin de proposer des solutions adaptées.
  • Assurer la coordination entre les différents départements : Production, Engineering, Maintenance, HSE, Qualité, Supply Chain et fournisseurs externes.
  • Suivre l'avancement des projets et garantir la bonne exécution des plans d'action.
  • Identifier les risques, anticiper les points de blocage et mettre en place les actions correctives nécessaires.
  • Accompagner les équipes opérationnelles dans le déploiement des améliorations et des nouveaux processus.
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des performances industrielles du site.

Profil recherché

  • Diplôme d’Ingénieur en chimie/génie chimique, génie industriel, génie mécanique, agroalimentaire ou pharmaceutique.
  • 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en gestion de projets dans un environnement industriel, idéalement chimique.
  • Excellente capacité à piloter plusieurs projets en parallèle et à gérer efficacement les priorités.
  • aptitude à travailler de manière transversale avec des interlocuteurs variés (Production, Maintenance, Engineering, HSE, Qualité, fournisseurs).
  • Personnalité autonome, structurée et pragmatique, avec une forte orientation terrain et résultats.
  • Maîtrise professionnelle du français et excellentes compétences en communication et coordination.
