Description du poste

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un ingénieur de production reconnu pour sa rigueur et sa capacité à optimiser les opérations manufacturières. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la supervision des activités de production, la mobilisation des équipes et la mise en place dinitiatives damélioration continue afin dassurer lefficacité et la qualité des opérations.

Plus spécifiquement, vous devrez entre autres :

  • Superviser et optimiser les opérations de production afin dassurer lefficacité des procédés ;
  • Encadrer léquipe de production et assurer le respect des normes de qualité et de santé et sécurité ;
  • Participer aux initiatives damélioration continue et aux projets de transformation de lusine ;
  • Assurer la coordination et la communication entre les différents sites et équipes ;
  • Suivre les performances de production et contribuer à lamélioration des processus opérationnels.

Exigences et expériences

  • Formation en génie ou dans un domaine connexe ;
  • Expérience pertinente dans un environnement de production ;
  • Bonne maîtrise de Microsoft Office, incluant Excel ;
  • Solide sens de lorganisation et capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément ;
  • Rigueur, intelligence émotionnelle et excellente capacité à travailler en équipe.
