Sida Advisory è alla ricerca di un Preparatore Auto per azienda cliente del settore automotive, punto di riferimento per la vendita e l’assistenza di veicoli.

IL RUOLO

Il nostro cliente è un concessionario multibrand di riferimento per la provincia di Ancona nella vendita e assistenza di veicoli, presente sul territorio attraverso una rete di sedi operative distribuite nei principali centri urbani della provincia.

La risorsa selezionata per il ruolo di Preparatore si occuperà della gestione e preparazione delle vetture nuove e usate in tutte le fasi, dall’arrivo in concessionaria fino alla consegna al cliente finale. Sarà responsabile della verifica, movimentazione, preparazione estetica e funzionale dei veicoli, collaborando con i diversi reparti aziendali per garantire elevati standard di qualità e un’esperienza di consegna impeccabile.

Cerchiamo una persona precisa, organizzata e appassionata del settore automotive, desiderosa di costruire un percorso professionale solido all’interno di una realtà strutturata e in continua crescita.

Nello specifico:

  • Presa in carico dei veicoli allo scarico e verifica del loro stato all’arrivo
  • Supporto alle attività di carico e scarico delle bisarche e gestione dei veicoli in ingresso
  • Lavaggio e cura estetica interna ed esterna delle vetture nuove e usate
  • Esecuzione dei controlli pre-consegna (livelli, luci, pneumatici, dotazioni di bordo) e segnalazione di eventuali anomalie
  • Preparazione e configurazione dei veicoli per l’esposizione in showroom e per la consegna al cliente
  • Installazione e allestimento di accessori e dotazioni previste
  • Coordinamento con l’officina per la gestione degli interventi necessari prima della consegna
  • Movimentazione dei veicoli all’interno del piazzale, tra i reparti e tra le diverse sedi aziendali presenti sul territorio
  • Organizzazione e pianificazione delle attività di preparazione in base alle date di consegna previste

COSA CERCHIAMO

  • Patente B in corso di validità
  • Diploma o qualifica professionale in ambito meccanico, automotive o discipline affini
  • Esperienza nel ruolo o in mansioni analoghe costituisce titolo preferenziale
  • Capacità organizzativa e di gestione delle priorità
  • Precisione, affidabilità e cura del dettaglio
  • Attitudine al lavoro di squadra
  • Forte interesse e passione per il settore automotive
  • Motivazione ad apprendere e crescere professionalmente all’interno dell’azienda

COSA OFFRIAMO

  • Inserimento iniziale in stage con indennità mensile di €1.000 finalizzato all’inserimento in azienda con contratto di apprendistato.
  • Per candidati con esperienza sarà valutata una proposta contrattuale ed economica commisurata alle competenze maturate.
