TO QUALIFY:

  • Candidate must possess at least an Undergraduate Level (at least 72 units) or a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Nursing, Medical Technology, Physical Therapy, Medical Sciences, Biology, or related courses.
  • No work experience required.
  • Preferably with at least 1yr experience Healthcare - Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent.
  • Good English communications skills
  • Applicant must be willing to work in Quezon City, Makati City, Mandaluyong City, Muntinlupa City or Pasig City.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Customer service in the Medical or Healthcare field is mostly medical insurance claims processing.
  • A medical claims processor validates the information on all medical claims from patients seeking payment from their insurance company. Claims must be thoroughly reviewed to ensure that there is no missing or incomplete information.
  • A processor must resolve customer complaints and reach out to customers to verify account information via phone/online.
  • A processor must keep meticulous records of claims and follow up on lapsed cases.
  • Medical claims processors are expected to have an extensive knowledge of medical terminology, as well as experience using a computer. Since medical claims processors must approve or deny payment to doctors, it is vital that they know how to correctly read and assess medical documents. Good communication skills are necessary to converse with doctors' offices or insurance companies if there is a problem with the claim.

WE HAVE 2 INTERVIEW CENTERS AVAILABLE: 1) PASAY INTERVIEW CENTER: 3rd Floor Empire Centre Mall, EDSA corner Taft Avenue, Pasay City DIRECTIONS: Take the MRT or LRT and go down at EDSA-Taft station. Go to the side of Taft Avenue on the opposite of Metropoint Mall (Taft side, NOT EDSA side of Metropoint Mall). There would be a short walk towards EDSA, turn right on Taft corner EDSA. When you see Savemore on the right side, that is Empire Centre Mall. SIEGEN is on the 3rd floor. 2) QC INTERVIEW CENTER: Unit 206 Cabrera Bldg. I, #130 Timog Ave. (infront of GMA 7 near corner EDSA), Quezon City DIRECTIONS: Take the MRT and go down at GMA7-Kamuning station Southbound side. Walk along the sidewalk of GMA7 adjacent to EDSA. Turn right to Timog Avenue. When you reach the GMA7 gate along Timog, cross the street towards the white building with UnionBank and Veterans Bank at the first floor. That's Cabrera 1 Building. SIEGEN is on the 2nd floor.
