KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Troubleshoot infrastructure and application configuration issues.
  • Combined system administration role such as:User Administration (set-up and maintaining account) System maintenance Ensure that the peripherals are working properly Monitor system performance and network communication Create file systems, back-up and recovery policy Install software Implement the policies for the use of the computer system and network Setup security policies for users. A systems administrator must have a strong grasp of computer security such as: Firewalls Intrusion Detection System
  • Provides server support for test environment

TO QUALIFY:

  • Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience
  • Knowledgeable in Windows Administration, Linux, Unix, Active Directory, and Server Virtualization
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or technology
