Unser Kunde ist ein erfolgreiches österreichisches Unternehmen aus dem Bereich Hotellerie & Lifestyle und sucht für die Niederlassung in Wien 1 Buchhalter_in (m/w/d) Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. HAK oder vergleichbar)

* Fundierte Kenntnisse in BMD NTCS (unbedingt erforderlich)

* Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung

* Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse und sicherer Umgang mit MS Office

* Strukturierte, genaue und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie hohes Engagement

Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

* Eigenständige Führung der laufenden Finanzbuchhaltung für mehrere Hotel- und Gastgewerbegesellschaften

* Erstellung von Eigentümerabrechnungen, Fakturierung und Verbuchung

* Vorbereitung der monatlichen und jährlichen Abschlüsse der jeweiligen Betriebsgesellschaften

* Durchführung und Kontrolle interner Verrechnungen

* Laufende Buchung sämtlicher Geschäftsfälle (Kassa, Bank, Debitoren, Kreditoren)

* Verwaltung der Debitoren inkl. Mahnwesen

* Erstellung und Durchführung der Zahlläufe
