Wir erweitern unser Team in Wien und suchen für unser Headquarter ab sofort eine_n 1 Buchhalter_in (m/w/d) Buchhalter/in

Vollzeit 38,5 Stunden / Woche

Aufgabenstellungen:

* Verantwortung für die ordnungsgemäße Durchführung der laufenden Buchhaltung der Tochterunternehmen

* Unterstützung des Teams bei der Buchhaltung des Mutterunternehmens in Wien

* Monatliche Meldung der UVA und ZM

* Zahlungsverkehr In- und Ausland

* Vorbereitung des Jahresabschlusses

* Ansprechperson für Behörden, Banken, Versicherungen, Vermieter und Steuerberatung

* Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen im Rechnungswesen

Qualifikationen:

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK)

* Abgeschlossene Buchhalterprüfung von Vorteil

* Mindestens 5 jährige Berufserfahrung als Buchhalter/in

* Ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis

* Genauigkeit und verlässliches Arbeiten

* Eigeninitiative und Lösungsorientierung

* Teamfähigkeit

* Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Abläufe

* der Tätigkeit entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse

* sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse, Erfahrung mit einem Buchhaltungsprogramm (SAP b1 von Vorteil)

* Großes Interesse an Schmuck und Mode
