Deine Aufgaben

* Eigenverantwortliche Führung des Küchenpostens

* Herstellung und Zubereitung von Speisen

* Verantwortungsvoller, sorgsamer Umgang mit Lebensmitteln und Arbeitsmitteln

* Gegebenenfalls Schulung der Auszubildenden in der Küche

* Warenannahme und Warenkontrolle, fachgerechte Lagerung der Waren, monatliche Inventur

* Erstellung der Speisekarten und Menükarten in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Küchenchef

Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossene, berufsspezifische Ausbildung (Koch)

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Chef de Partie oder Koch

* Sehr gutes Fachwissen sowie Fachkenntnisse zum Umgang mit entsprechenden Sicherheitsbestimmungen

* Eigenständige und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Engagement, Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit

* Deutsch- oder Englischkenntnisse

Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum von Gaschurn und verbindet alpinen Charme mit modernem Komfort. Dank der unmittelbaren Nähe zum Skigebiet Silvretta Montafon starten deine Winterabenteuer direkt vor der Türe.

Die Entlohnung erfolgt gemäß Kollektivvertrag für Hotel- und Gastgewerbe mit der Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung. Es besteht Anspruch auf ein 13. und 14. Monatsgehalt, anteilig für die Saison. Es entstehen keine zusätzlichen Kosten für Unfall- oder Sozialversicherung. Bei Saisonbetrieben erfolgt die Anstellung auf Basis eines Saisonvertrags mit der Möglichkeit zur Wiedereinstellung.
