Gesunde Ernährung - mit Triangel Kärnten. In den unternehmenseigenen Großküchen werden qualitativ hochwertige, täglich frische Gerichte gekocht und wenn möglich ausschließlich frische, biologische Rohstoffe der Saison verarbeitet und an zahlreiche Kindertagesstätten, Kindergärten, Kinderhorte, schulische Tagesbetreuungseinrichtungen zum täglichen Mittagstisch geliefert.

Beginn: ab sofort.

Anforderungen:

- abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur Koch/Köchin

- mehrjährige Erfahrung, bevorzugt in der Gemeinschaftsverpflegung

- Leidenschaft für das Kochen,

- sehr gute HACCP Kenntnisse,

- hohe Motivation, unternehmerisches Denken, sehr gute Umgangsformen,

- gute Deutsch- und MS Office - Kenntnisse,

- einwandfreies Leumundszeugnis.

Aufgaben:

- qualitätsorientierte Vor- u. Zubereitung von Speisen für Kinder unterschiedlicher Altersstufen,

- kreative Umsetzung der Speisepläne und Menülinien, Einbringen kreativer Ideen,

- selbständige Ausführung unterschiedlicher Produktionsschritte bzw. -prozesse,

- verantwortungsvoller Umgang mit Lebens- u. Betriebsmitteln,

- Wahrnehmung gemeinsame Aufgaben im Team,

- Bereitschaft zur berufsbezogenen Aus- u. Weiterbildung.

- 37 Wochenstunden von Montag bis Freitag (kein Wochenend-, kein Feiertagsdienst),
