Die Burgenländische Pflegeheim Betriebs-GmbH ist eine Tochtergesellschaft der SDB und auf stationäre Pflege sowie Betreuung spezialisiert. Sie umfasst neben dem Pflegewohnhaus Neudörfl - St. Nikolaus auch das Pflegewohnhaus Oberpullendorf - Haus St. Peter, das Pflegewohnhaus Redlschlag - Haus Josefine sowie das Pflegewohnhaus Rechnitz - Am Schlosspark. Besonderes Augenmerk liegt auf der Umsetzung eines bewohner- sowie mitarbeiterfreundlichen und zeitgemäßen, modernen Standards.

Für das erste stationäre Hospiz des Burgenlandes und die Wachkomastation im Pflgewohnhaus Oberpullendorf suchen wir eine engagierte, empathische und erfahrene

Teamleitung Therapie - Stationäres Hospiz und Wachkomastation (m/w/d)

18,5 - 37 Wochenstunden (50 % -100 %) 1 Physiotherapeut_in, Ergotherapeut_in oder Klinische_r Psychologe_in Wie Sie den Menschen helfen / Ihre Aufgaben

* Sie übernehmen die fachliche, organisatorische und personelle Leitung des Therapieteams

* Sie führen, entwickeln und motivieren Ihr interdisziplinäres Team bestehend aus Physio-, Ergo- und Musiktherapeuten sowie der Klinischen Psychologie

* Die Dienst- und Einsatzplanung sowie die Personalentwicklung liegen in Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich

* Sie wirken mit an konzeptionellen und strategischen Projekten im therapeutischen Bereich

* Ein besonderer Schwerpunkt ist die Qualitätssicherung und die kontinuierliche Weiterenttwicklung interne Standards

Was Sie mitbringen / Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium in einem therapeutischen Fachbereich wie Physiotherapie oder Ergotherapie oder abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur_zum Klinischen Psychologin bzw. Psychologen

* Eintragung in das Gesundheitsberuferegister oder Eintragung in die Liste des Bundesministeriums für Soziales und Gesundheit

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im jeweiligen Fachbereich und praktische Erfahrung

* Fort- und Weiterbildung in Hospizarbeit und Palliative Care von Vorteil bzw. Bereitschaft diese zu absolvieren

* Flexibilität und psychische Belastbarkeit

* Gutes Klima sowie herzliche Zusammenarbeit sind Ihnen ebenso wichtig wie uns

Unser Angebot

Das Einstiegsgehalt richtet sich nach dem SWÖ-Kollektivvertrag, VG 8/Stufe 1 und beträgt mind. € 3.862,93 brutto bei Vollzeit. Ihre facheinschlägigen Vordienstzeiten werden selbstverständlich angerechnet, sodass wir gemeinsam ein faires und attraktives Gehalt festlegen.
