Die Burgenländische Pflegeheim Betriebs-GmbH ist eine Tochtergesellschaft der SDB und auf stationäre Pflege sowie Betreuung spezialisiert. Sie umfasst neben dem Pflegewohnhaus Neudörfl - St. Nikolaus auch das Pflegewohnhaus Oberpullendorf - Haus St. Peter, das Pflegewohnhaus Redlschlag - Haus Josefine sowie das Pflegewohnhaus Rechnitz - Am Schlosspark. Besonderes Augenmerk liegt auf der Umsetzung eines bewohner- sowie mitarbeiterfreundlichen und zeitgemäßen, modernen Standards.

Für das erste stationäre Hospiz des Burgenlandes und die Wachkomastation im Pflgewohnhaus Oberpullendorf suchen wir eine engagierte, empathische und erfahrene

Physiotherapeut_in - Stationäres Hospiz

15 - 37 Wochenstunden 1 Physiotherapeut_in, Ergotherapeut_in oder Klinische_r Psychologe_in Wie Sie den Menschen helfen / Ihre Aufgaben

* Sie übernehmen die Planung, Durchführung, Dokumentation und Evaluierung physiotherapeutischer Maßnahmen nach ärztlicher Anordnung

* Sie stimmen die individuelle Therapie auf die aktuelle Situation, Belastbarkeit, Ressourcen sowie die persönlichen Wünsche unserer Bewohner_innen ab

* Sie unterstützen beim Erhalt von Mobilität und Bewegungsfähigkeit und tragen maßgeblich zur Linderung von Schmerzen und bewegungsbezogenen Beschwerden bei

* Sie arbeiten eng und wertschätzend mit interdisziplinären und multiprofessionellen Teams sowie internen und externen Schnittstellen zusammen

Was Sie mitbringen / Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium Physiotherapie

* Eintragung in das Gesundheitsberuferegister

* Abgeschlossener Palliative Care-Lehrgang oder die Bereitschaft zur Absolvierung

* Sie unterstützen das Team innerhalb eines abwechslungsreichen Arbeitsspektrums

* Gutes Klima sowie herzliche Zusammenarbeit sind Ihnen ebenso wichtig wie uns

Unser Angebot

Das Einstiegsgehalt richtet sich nach dem SWÖ-Kollektivvertrag, VG 8/Stufe 1 und beträgt mind. € 3.596,17 brutto bei Vollzeit inkl. Zulagen. Ihre facheinschlägigen Vordienstzeiten werden selbstverständlich angerechnet, sodass wir gemeinsam ein faires und attraktives Gehalt festlegen.
