Die "elevATed charging solutions GmbH" ist ein Unternehmen mit Sitz in Ternitz, das Ladelösungen für Elektromobilität entwickelt. Die Firma beschäftigt sich mit dem Bau und Verkauf von Ladestationen für Elektroautos.

Wir suchen ab sofort 1 Servicetechniker_in Als Teil unseres Teams übernehmen Sie als Servicetechniker (m/w/d) eine Schlüsselrolle in der Zukunft der Mobilität. Ihr Aufgabengebiet umfasst die Installation, Inbetriebnahme, Wartung und Störungsbehebung unserer innovativen Ladestationen für Elektrofahrzeuge. Sie sind unser Expertenteam vor Ort und gewährleisten die Betriebsbereitschaft unserer Ladelösungen vom Erstkontakt bis zur erfolgreichen Problemlösung.

Das sind Ihre Aufgaben:

- Installation und Inbetriebnahme der Anlagen vor Ort.

- Wartung und Service der Anlagen.

- Ausführung allgemeiner mechanischer und elektrotechnischer Facharbeiten.

- Fehlersuche und Störungsbehebung beim Kunden vor Ort.

- Führen der begleitenden Dokumentation bei der Ausführung der Tätigkeiten.

- Kundensupport bei technischen Anfragen.

- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Service-Qualitätsstandards und Sicherheitsvorschriften.

- Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung der Serviceprozesse zur Steigerung der Kundenzufriedenheit.

Ihre Qualifikation - das ist uns wichtig:

- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (im Bereich Elektronik, Elektrotechnik oder Mechatronik).

- Berufserfahrung im technischen Bereich.

- Hohe Service- und Kundenorientierung.

- Flexibilität und Eigenständigkeit.

- Fundierte Sprachkenntnisse (insbesondere Deutsch und Englisch).

- Gelegentliche Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Europas.

- Führerschein der Klasse B.

- Organisierte und Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, gepflegtes und sicheres Auftreten.

Wünschenswert - das ist ein Plus:

- Berufserfahrung im Bereich Ladeinfrastrukturen, Energietechnik oder Automatisierungstechnik.

- Kenntnisse relevanter Normen und Vorschriften (z.B. ÖVE/ÖNORM E 8001, IEC 61851, EEG).

- Grundkenntnisse im Umgang mit dem TIA-Portal.
