Ihre Aufgaben

  • Du lernst professionelle Marketingkommunikation in unserer 5-Säulen-Marketingstrategie: Social-Media-Marketing, E-Mail-Marketing, Content-Marketing, Telefonmarketing & Event-Marketing.
  • In deiner Ausbildung bekommst du fundierte Einblicke in die moderne Wertschöpfungskette und High-End-Marketing-Tools wie z. B. Mailchimp, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Adobe Creative Suite u. a.
  • Mitwirkung an Marketing- und Vertriebskampagnen sowie Entwicklung von Marketingstrategien.
  • Vor diesem Hintergrund lernst du ebenso den professionellen Umgang mit Customer-Relationship-Management (CRM).

Ihr Profil

  • Organisationstalent und Freude im Umgang mit Kund:innen.
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Mittlere Reife oder (Fach-)Hochschulreife oder Quereinsteiger:in.
  • Sicheres Auftreten, Kommunikationstalent am Telefon und in Schriftform sowie eine zielstrebige Arbeitsweise.
  • Du bist wortgewandt, kommunizierst gerne in Wort und Schrift und hast Spaß am Umgang mit dem Computer sowie an Office-Tätigkeiten.
  • Neugierde und Leidenschaft sowie Begeisterung für eine erfolgreiche Vermarktung innovativer und crossmedialer Medienformate.
  • Du lernst gerne, hast Talent und deine Schlüsselkompetenzen sind Kommunikation in Wort & Schrift.
  • Du verfügst über das Sprachlevel Deutsch C2.

Seit unserer Gründung im Jahr 2004 sind wir Ausbildungsbetrieb – aktuell für die Berufe Medienkaufmann/-frau, Mediengestalter:in, Marketingkaufmann/-frau, Veranstaltungskaufmann/-frau & Bürokaufmann/-frau.

Wir bieten ein innovatives Umfeld mit vielfältigen Möglichkeiten zur eigenen Persönlichkeits- und Kompetenzentwicklung. Ebenso bieten wir betriebliche Trainee-Stellen für Quereinsteiger:innen und Hochschulabsolvent:innen.

Die Ausbildungen in unserem Haus sind anspruchsvoll im digitalen Workflow, aber auch sehr abwechslungsreich und geeignet für junge Menschen, die mit persönlichen Herausforderungen wachsen möchten und an zukunftsrelevantem digitalen Kompetenzgewinn interessiert sind.

Wir bieten unseren Auszubildenden ein angenehmes Betriebsklima in einem etablierten Unternehmen, kurze Entscheidungswege und flache Hierarchien.

Nach einem erfolgreichen Ausbildungsverlauf sind wir an einer langfristigen Zusammenarbeit mit unbefristetem Anschlussvertrag interessiert.

Die Laufzeit der Ausbildung beträgt 3 Jahre und kann bei entsprechender Leistung auf 2 ½ Jahre verkürzt werden.
