  • Du wirkst in der engagierten und strukturierten Projektarbeit in einem jungen, ergebnisorientierten Medienteam mit.
  • Du erlernst den selbstständigen und sicheren Umgang mit professionellen Grafik- & Marketingprogrammen.
  • Du eignest dir eine eigenständige und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise in einem virtuellen Workflow an.
  • Du übernimmst kreative und grafische Arbeitsaufträge für unsere Webseiten sowie Social-Media-Kanäle.
  • Du unterstützt Design, Layout und Satz unserer Publikationen und Marketingmaterialien.
  • Du übernimmst die SEO-konforme Entwicklung und Pflege unserer Webpräsenz.
  • Du übernimmst die technische Begleitung von Online- und Präsenzveranstaltungen.

Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Mittlere Reife oder (Fach-)Hochschulreife.
  • Du hast ein kreatives Gespür und Leidenschaft für gestalterische Tätigkeiten.
  • Du verfügst über erste Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Grafikprogrammen und/oder Grafikdesign.
  • Deine ausgeprägte Lernbereitschaft und Verlässlichkeit sprechen für dich.
  • Du verfügst über ein sicheres Auftreten, eine zielstrebige Arbeitsweise sowie eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationskompetenz.
  • Du verfügst über das Sprachlevel Deutsch C1.

Warum wir?

Seit unserer Gründung im Jahr 2004 sind wir bereits Ausbildungsbetrieb. Aktuell für die Berufe Medienkaufmann, Mediengestalter, Marketingkaufmann, Veranstaltungskaufmann & Bürokaufmann. Wir haben ein innovatives Umfeld mit vielfältigen Möglichkeiten für die eigene Persönlichkeits- und Kompetenzentwicklung. Ebenso bieten wir betriebliche Trainee-Stellen für Quereinsteiger und Hochschulabsolventen.

Die Ausbildungen in unserem Haus sind anspruchsvoll im digitalen Workflow, aber auch sehr abwechslungsreich und geeignet für junge Menschen, die mit persönlichen Herausforderungen wachsen möchten und an zukunftsrelevantem digitalen Kompetenzgewinn interessiert sind.

Wir bieten unseren Auszubildenden ein angenehmes Betriebsklima in einem etablierten Unternehmen, kurze Entscheidungswege und flache Hierarchien.

Nach einem erfolgreichen Ausbildungsverlauf sind wir an einer langfristigen Zusammenarbeit mit unbefristetem Anschlussvertrag interessiert.

Die Laufzeit der Ausbildung beträgt 3 Jahre und kann bei entsprechender Leistung auf 2 ½ Jahre verkürzt werden.
