Compensation: Up to 450,000 Monthly (Part-Time; Per Collection + Transport Reimbursement)

Role Summary

We are seeking certified Phlebotomists and Nurses to join a growing field operations team, conducting professional home-based and corporate sample collections across Lagos Island and its environs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform safe and professional blood and biological sample collections from patients homes or workplaces.
  • Ensure proper labeling, documentation, storage, and secure transportation of samples.
  • Provide clear patient education before, during, and after each collection.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and ethical standards during all procedures.
  • Accurately record and submit daily sample collection reports.
  • Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams to schedule and manage field assignments efficiently.
  • Uphold professional appearance, courtesy, and adherence to company protocols at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Nursing, Medical Laboratory Science, or a related healthcare discipline.
  • Valid practice license from the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN) or Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN).
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical or field experience in phlebotomy, nursing, or sample collection.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and patient-care skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must reside within or around Lekki, Victoria Island, or nearby areas for easy field deployment.
