This role will develop and enhance forecasting models, analyze trends and business performance, and partner with Procurement, Finance, Product Management, and other key functions to improve forecasting accuracy, optimize processes, and strengthen overall supply chain performance.

The ideal candidate brings strong supply chain and forecasting experience, an analytical and problem-solving mindset, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys digging into data, identifying opportunities, solving business challenges, and collaborating across teams to make a meaningful impact.

Position Summary

Develop, maintain, and enhance forecasting models that help the Supply Chain team anticipate business needs, improve planning, and support company objectives. • Partner with Procurement and Product Management to develop and enhance planning tools, including annual MSC/Frame planning tools.
  • Develop and maintain Supplier and Plant Raw Material Scorecards that provide stakeholders with visibility into performance and help support a consistent supply of raw materials to our plants.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives that streamline and standardize analysis across the organization. Partner with teams including IT, Sales, Finance, Accounting, Supply Management, and Product Planning to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce redundant processes.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that increase financial forecasting accuracy and enhance reporting.
  • Support the development of long-term supply chain network strategies through industry and market analysis, asset optimization, technology investment analysis, and capacity planning in support of “zero loss” supply chain design and execution.
  • Support the design, testing, and implementation of solutions that streamline business processes and enhance Bar-S systems.
  • Track, monitor, and measure the impact of implemented solutions to ensure improvements are delivering meaningful and measurable business results.
  • Identify and communicate potential supply chain risks to leadership and provide thoughtful recommendations and mitigation plans.
  • Use data analytics to uncover patterns, correlations, market trends, customer preferences, and other meaningful business insights that support informed decision-making.
  • Develop clear, compelling presentations that translate complex data, findings, and recommendations into meaningful insights for Executive Committee-level meetings.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
