  • Knowledge of Disability insurance (short and long term, wage replacement models and return to work customer journeys) preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of the data and process landscape within insurance organizations, including customer data, policy data, claims data, billing data, agent/broker data, operational data, and third-party data used for decision-making.
  • Good understanding on Life & Supplemental Benefits: group life, voluntary life, accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity, and related employee benefits products and Absence & Leave Management: leave intake, case management, compliance workflows, employee communication, and employer reporting.
  • The leader must be aware of the latest technologies used by insurance institutions across Data Engineering, Data Science, AI/ML, GenAI, workflow automation, and digital product platforms, and translate these capabilities into measurable business outcomes.
  • Drive cultural transformation and buy-in across business, operations, claims, actuarial, technology, and analytics teams, while helping clients adopt modern ways of working and partner effectively across enterprise silos.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and business development teams to develop go-to-market strategies, identify key insurance clients, and drive new business opportunities in analytics, AI, and data transformation.
  • Work in a matrix environment to manage and deliver solutions, POVs, and transformation programs across multiple accounts, stakeholders, and regions.
  • Translate insurance business challenges into descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, prescriptive, and AI/ML-led solutions across claims, underwriting, customer operations, policy servicing, distribution, and absence management.

  • Monitor and analyze industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive dynamics, adjusting strategy and offerings as needed.
  • Lead a diverse team of consultants and subject matter experts, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and execution excellence.
  • Partner with clients to understand their business challenges and opportunities, providing strategic guidance and innovative solutions.
  • Drive thought leadership initiatives, representing our company at industry events, conferences, and executive forums.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
