-Support the commercial team by analyzing study protocols and relevant study documents, documenting requirements, and presenting scientific content in client meetings. -Advise technical, operations, and client teams on the development of eCOA solutions to ensure solution design meets clinical trial objectives. -Provide consultation services through special projects addressing client-specific scientific requests or external initiatives. -Maintain comprehensive knowledge of current industry best practices and regulatory requirements for clinical outcome assessments (COA). -Stay at the leading edge of eCOA and digital health technologies through participation in industry forums, working groups, and collaboration with clients and Key Opinion Leaders. -Develop thought leadership materials and scientific content that demonstrate the company's expertise internally and externally. -Represent Signant Health in the industry through active participation in forums, conferences, webinars, and publications. -Manage time effectively across multiple concurrent projects. -Develop training and marketing materials in support of organizational initiatives.

Knowledge, Skills & Attributes Essential:

-Advanced degree (PhD preferred) in biological science or a healthcare-related field. -1–3 years of experience in clinical trial technology or a related industry, preferably in a client-facing role. -In-depth understanding of clinical research and the drug development cycle. -Knowledge of clinical outcome assessments (COA) and related science, and/or eConsent, EDC, sensors, and wearables. -Proven ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and deliver in a fast-paced environment. -Business-driven mindset with an understanding of commercial growth. -Familiarity with the intersection of technology and science in digital health for clinical trials. -Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams and in a matrix environment. -Ability to develop expertise in new fields through independent research and networking. -Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

Desirable:

-Prior experience in commercial pre-award activities such as capabilities presentations, bid defense meetings, and/or solution design and requirements gathering. -Experience in the development and use of ePRO or eCOA solutions for clinical trials. -Ability to communicate effectively with clients and across all levels of the organization.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
