Description du poste

Dans le cadre d'un remplacement, Sika recherche un(e) Chef de marché (H/F) pour rejoindre les équipes de l'activité Béton en CDI basé(e) sur notre site du Bourget.

Rattaché(e) à la Directrice de l'activité Béton, vous serez principalement chargé(e) de :

  • Analyser et anticiper des besoins de nos marchés cibles en assurant une veille produits/marché en contact avec nos équipes commerciales
  • Gérer l’offre produit et service (lancement, optimisation, pilotage commercial) sur le marché Colles
  • Analyser le cycle de vie des produits et des performances des gammes
  • Proposer des cibles d’innovations et développements techniques en relation avec les équipes techniques, R/D, service clients.
  • Coordonner les lancements, promotions, plans d’actions nationaux.
  • Accompagner la réalisation des outils de communication et d’aide à la vente associés aux produits, gérer les outils de service.

Qualifications

  • Formation Bac +4/5 en marketing ou école de commerce
  • Expérience de 8 ans minimum sur un poste similaire
  • Des capacités à travailler en mode projet
  • Niveau d’Anglais Intermédiaire B2 au minimum

Une expérience commerciale terrain sur ce marché serait un plus
