职位描述

1. 区域业绩与战略落地

承接大区年度、季度、月度销售目标，结合黑龙江市场特性拆解销量、回款、渠道拓展、新品推广等指标，并推动落地。

2. 团队管理

全面负责办事处销售团队的日常运营，包括人员招聘、考核、督导与赋能，搭建团队工作机制与绩效体系。

3. 市场开发

负责黑龙江省全域市场深耕，了解市场行情、终端需求与竞品动态，制定区域应对策略。

4. 经销商开发与维护

筛选、洽谈、签约优质经销商，完善区域渠道布局；对存量经销商进行精细化管理和赋能，提升其经营能力与配合度。

5. 日常运营

统筹办事处办公、业务对接、数据统计，按时完成销售报表、市场报表、绩效报表及工作总结。
