Sika Croatia d.o.o. osnovana je 1999. godine kao podružnica švicarskog koncerna Sika, iako su Sika proizvodi na ovom području prisutni još od sredine 20. stoljeća. Naši partneri su građevinske tvrtke i specijalizirani izvođači radova, skladišta građevinskog materijala, DIY centri, trgovine bojama i lakovima, arhitekti, dizajneri, inženjeri, investitori, proizvođači brodova, vozila, stakla, sendvič panela itd.

Opis posla

  • kontrola formalne i sadržajne ispravnosti ulaznih računa te ostale knjigovodstvene dokumentacije
  • knjiženje ulaznih računa, internih obračuna, odobrenja, terećenja i ostalih poslovnih promjena
  • vođenje poreznih i internih evidencija te priprema podataka za potrebe izvještavanja
  • priprema naloga za domaća i inozemna plaćanja putem elektroničkog bankarstva
  • kontrola i knjiženje putnih troškova zaposlenika
  • izrada izlaznih računa i praćenje otvorenih stavki
  • ažurno vođenje internih evidencija vezanih uz troškove i poslovanje društva
  • rad u ERP sustavu i ažurno održavanje kvalitete podataka
  • suradnja s internim odjelima u svrhu učinkovite razmjene informacija i podrške poslovnim procesima
  • obavljanje ostalih knjigovodstveno-računovodstvenih poslova prema uputama nadređene osobe

Kvalifikacije

  • minimalno 3 godine radnog iskustva na poslovima samostalnog knjigovođe
  • završena viša ili visoka stručna sprema ekonomskog usmjerenja, prednost područje računovodstva i financija
  • dobro poznavanje računovodstvenih procesa i poreznih propisa
  • iskustvo u radu s ERP sustavima, prednost SAP i/ili Navision
  • napredno poznavanje rada na računalu
  • aktivno znanje engleskog jezika
  • vozačka dozvola B kategorije
  • izražene analitičke i organizacijske sposobnosti, samostalnost, odgovornost i usmjerenost na kvalitetno izvršavanje zadataka
