Descripción del empleo

Buscamos un Supervisor de Almacén responsable de garantizar la correcta gestión, control y optimización del inventario de la red de tiendas propias, asegurando disponibilidad de producto, flujo eficiente de materiales y cumplimiento de estándares operativos.

La posición es clave para soportar la operación comercial del canal, asegurando una logística eficiente y alineada a las necesidades del negocio

Requisitos

Formación Académica

  • Bachillerato concluido o carrera técnica.
  • Deseable licenciatura en logística, administración o área afín.

Experiencia

  • Mínimo 3 años en roles de almacén, logística o control de inventarios.
  • Experiencia en distribución a múltiples puntos de venta.
  • Deseable experiencia en retail, manufactura o empresas de distribución.
  • Experiencia supervisando personal de almacén (deseable).

Conocimientos Específicos

  • Administración de inventarios y almacenes (entradas, salidas, control de stock).
  • Logística de abastecimiento y distribución.
  • Control de inventarios (conteos cíclicos, FIFO / PEPS).
  • Manejo de Excel y herramientas de control.
  • Procesos de almacenamiento, seguridad y manejo de materiales.
  • Conocimiento del sector construcción (deseable).

  • Ubicación: Mexicali
  • Disponibilidad para supervisar múltiples puntos de venta.
  • Rol enfocado en asegurar eficiencia operativa y disponibilidad de producto.
  • Interacción constante con Supply Chain, tiendas, logística y compras.
