Inside Sales Representative – Outbound Phone Sales: Remote Position

Please note that the salary listed is the BASE salary. On target earnings are expected to be $100K+.

Please note: This position is fully remote, but candidates must currently reside in one of the following states:

  • Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Nevada, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Wisconsin.

Our client is seeking a high-energy, results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join its growing sales organization. This is a fully remote opportunity for an experienced sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and is confident closing business over the phone.

Candidates who are available to begin employment on or around November 2, 2026, are strongly preferred.

This is not a traditional appointment-setting or long-cycle sales role. The ideal candidate has experience making high-volume outbound calls, engaging warm or qualified leads, overcoming objections, communicating value, and personally closing the sale—often during the initial conversation or within one to two touch points.

What You'll Do

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to warm and prospective customers
  • Build rapport quickly and identify customer needs
  • Clearly communicate the value of products, programs, and services
  • Confidently overcome objections and move conversations toward a decision
  • Personally close sales over the phone
  • Consistently meet or exceed activity, conversion, and revenue goals
  • Maintain accurate sales activity and customer information in the CRM
  • Follow up strategically when an immediate close isn't possible
  • Take ownership of individual performance and continuously improve results

What We're Looking For

  • Proven success in outbound, phone-based sales
  • Experience personally closing sales, rather than primarily setting appointments
  • Strong preference for one-call-close or short-cycle sales experience
  • Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales quotas and performance metrics
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume, metrics-driven sales environment
  • Strong objection-handling and closing skills
  • Confident, persuasive, and engaging telephone presence
  • Self-motivated, resilient, accountable, and performance-driven
  • Ability to work independently and successfully in a remote environment
  • Ideally available to start on or around November 2, 2026

Successful candidates may come from a variety of industries, including advertising sales, insurance, consumer services, education, fitness, or other high-volume phone sales environments. Fitness industry experience is not required.
