Estamos em busca de um(a) Coordenador(a) de Produção para liderar as operações produtivas, garantindo excelência em segurança, qualidade, produtividade e desenvolvimento de pessoas. Principais responsabilidades

  • Coordenar as operações produtivas por meio da gestão dos supervisores e equipes;
  • Garantir o cumprimento das metas de segurança, qualidade, produtividade, custos e atendimento ao plano de produção;
  • Desenvolver líderes e fortalecer a gestão das equipes, promovendo a formação de sucessores;
  • Gerenciar indicadores de desempenho, orçamento da área e controle de custos operacionais;
  • Liderar projetos de melhoria contínua, aumento de produtividade e redução de perdas;
  • Assegurar o cumprimento das Boas Práticas de Fabricação, requisitos regulatórios e padrões de qualidade;
  • Atuar de forma integrada com as áreas de PCP, Engenharia, Qualidade, Supply Chain, P&D e Inovação;
  • Conduzir iniciativas de inovação, transformação digital e Indústria 4.0.

Requisitos

Formação

  • Ensino Superior completo em Engenharia de Produção, Engenharia Mecânica, Engenharia Química, Administração, Gestão Industrial ou áreas correlatas.

Experiência

  • Vivência sólida em gestão de produção em ambiente industrial;
  • Experiência com liderança de equipes e desenvolvimento de gestores;
  • Conhecimento em planejamento e controle da produção, gestão de indicadores, custos e melhoria contínua;
  • Experiência em gestão de projetos e ferramentas de solução de problemas.

Conhecimentos desejáveis

  • SAP;
  • MES (Manufacturing Execution System);
  • Power BI;
  • Excel Avançado;
  • Lean Manufacturing;
  • Indústria 4.0 e Transformação Digital.
