Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesComo será o seu dia a dia?Prestar suporte logístico às demandas da Franqueadora direcionadas às unidades franqueadas.Acompanhar pedidos, entregas, prazos e possíveis ocorrências junto aos fornecedores.Ser o ponto focal de fornecedores do Grupo Silva, incluindo fornecedores de insumos, uniformes e Silva Nutrition.Apoiar as demandas dos demais setores relacionadas diretamente à operação.Atuar no processo de venda de maquinários provenientes das unidades próprias.Organizar e acompanhar solicitações internas e externas relacionadas à área.Realizar cadastros, controles e organização de informações e acessos necessários à operação.Atender às demandas das unidades e dos setores internos relacionadas a compras, fornecedores, logística e equipamentos, realizando deslocamentos entre as unidades sempre que necessário.Requisitos e qualificaçõesDesejável ensino superior cursando em administração, logística, entre outros. Experiência anterior em compras, logística, suprimentos ou atividades administrativas será um diferencial;Boa comunicação verbal e escritaHabilidade de negociação e relacionamento com fornecedores;Organização, pontualidade e bom relacionamento interpessoalSenso de responsabilidade, prioridade e cumprimento de prazos;Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe e interagir com diferentes setores;Perfil proativo, dinâmico e resolutivo;
